The Apple Arcade game Lego Brawls will be available on consoles and PC from 2nd September. Bandai Namco and Red Games have announced that the game will be released on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Lego Brawls appeared on Apple Arcade in 2019. In that 4v4 multiplayer game, people compete against other players in levels based on Lego themes. These themes include Ninjago, outer space, the Middle Ages, and Jurassic World. Players can also customize their character. A trailer can be seen below.
What is Lego Brawls?
Lego Brawls isn’t part of the main TT Games Lego franchise, unlike the recently released Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It’s more of a 2D platform fighter with a variety of gameplay settings. You’ll be defending or attacking control points, collecting, or fighting it out in a full-fledged brawl. The game will have a selection of customisable Lego figures, each with its own set of moves, that you can mix and match to create the look you want for your figure.
You’re not a million miles away from titles like Super Smash Bros. or the impending MultiVersus in terms of gameplay. Lego Brawls, like similar games, has bizarre power-ups and themed stages, as well as tie-ins with popular franchises like Jurassic Park. The range of game modes and emphasis on customization, on the other hand, distinguishes Lego Brawls from Smash or Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, for example. You’ll also be able to choose your home world’s theme, which will affect the collectibles you earn as you progress through the game.
