The indie hit Inscryption will be available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 from August 30.
The game will cost $17.99 and will be on the PlayStation Store, publisher Devolver Digital and developer Daniel Mullins Games have announced. The game can be pre-ordered now.
Earlier this month it was announced that Inscryption would be coming to PlayStation consoles, but there was no release date yet. The game stood out positively on PC last year due to its distinct graphical style and interesting story. The game was nominated for a best indie game and best strategy game at The Game Awards. The game is partly a digital card game, but at the same time goes much further than that.
Multiple fans have requested a sequel to the award-winning card game and roguelike, Inscryption, due to its popularity and innovative perspective on the genre. With Inscryption launching in 2021 and the PlayStation version on the eve of release, it may be a while before this award-winning independent success receives a sequel.
Inscryption is now available for PC. The game will launch on PS4 and PS5 on August 30, 2022
